Job Description for Business Analyst:
Kindly ensure that the candidate should be a Chinese, or at least know Chinese.
CTC : Rs.6 to 10L pa
The role of Insurance Business Analyst amongst other includes
•Clearly understand the client’s business operations/workflow.
•Conduct client interviews.
•Gather requirements (BRD)..
•Articulating understanding through proper documentation and/or presentations.
•Write test specifications based on the BRD/FRS
•Demonstrate insurance and application skills to prospects.
•Support pre/post sales activities
•Willing to work on-site projects
Education and work experience
•MBA/Degree from recognized university.
•Added qualification will be certification/diploma from IIRM/III/CII .
•Working experience in insurance industry (Life or P&C) with exposure to underwriting, claims, reinsurance.
•Experience or knowledge of other insurance applications.
•Experience/exposure to pre/post sales activities.
