- Masters or Ph.D in Engineering (i.e. Electrical or Mechanical or Computer Science) or equivalent Strong academic record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

- 0-3 years of IT work experience
- Skills in model based design and/or production code generation
- Strong commitment to learning and personal development
- Flexibility to work a rotation schedule within the hours of operation
