Job Role: Senior Java Developers With 3-6 Years Exp
Job Summary:
• Should be strong in Object Oriented analysis and design using Spring framework
• Should have strong background using Hibernate
• Experience in development of Web/Application Servers: Websphere, JBoss, Tomcat…
• Experience with relational databases and data mining/OLAP
• Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information
• Proficient in automated unit test development practices and design methodologies
• Develops and applies:
o Basic programming/engineering skills in 2 or more relevant languages or methodologies
o Testing and debugging principles
o Knowledge of one area of system architecture, product module, or assembly/test module
• Assists with development and testing of a particular module or assembly/test process based on detailed design documents
• Tests and releases a small fix, process change or corrective action to improve quality, yield or manufacturing cycle time
• Operates as part of an Agile Scrum team
Soft skills:
• Should have excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Should have professional attitude
• Willing to work on a geographically distributed team
Education and Background
• 2 - 5 years of related experience out of which at least 2 years should be in Java Enterprise.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience in web services and Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL experience added advantage
• Experience with Java-related technologies such as JMS, JTA, etc. is an added advantage
• Experience in development of Adobe Flex-driven user interfaces is an added advantage
